Dubai Marina is world’s tallest residential towers’ block. Marina is bit noisy, massively varying quality in its towers. You will find a fantastic apartment for you to live on rent here.

In Dubai Marina, if you have a bigger budget or you have a larger family (i.e. if you live in a joint family) then consider the Original 6 Towers. The first phase of Dubai Marina comprises of six towers; these buildings are a symbol for Dubai Marina.

Barsha Heights

It is close to the Sheikh Zayed Road, the famous Dubai-Abu Dhabi highway with skyscrapers. The former name of the community is Tecom, that is now known as Barsha Heights. It has access to Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Road that make it easy to get in and out. It has Metro station and linked by the RTA’s bus network. You can reach the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Palm Jumeirah, the Marina, Dubai Knowledge Park, JBR, JLT within few minutes.

The Greens

It’s near the Palm Jumeirah. The apartments are consisting of a mix of low and high-rise apartment buildings. The area is perfect for families, couples, and singles. All communities here have a pool area and well-established garden.

Al Barsha

It is close to the Dubai Internet City, Dubai Marina, and the Palm Jumeirah. Landmarks such as Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Autodrome are within Al Barsha. It is yet thinly populated since it is a newly developed community. Al Barsha is surrounded by Al Sufouh in the north, by Emirates Hills in the west, by Al Quoz in the east and by Dubai Sports City and other development in the south.

Deira/Bur Dubai

These areas are the part of Old Dubai. Deira is the historical commercial hub of Dubai, Bur Dubai is historical mainland Dubai. These areas have cheapest priced apartments for rent, Deira/Bur Dubai are less Western and than other areas mentioned – Deira/Bur Dubai have more Indian population. Here, you need a specialist to guide you to get an apartment since there is a diversity of apartments.

Mirdiff

This area is consisting of Arabs, Europeans, Emiratis, Indians, South-Asians, etc. Mirdiff is nearby Dubai Festival City and it provides easy access to Universal American School. Large parts of this area can be very noisy since the area close to the Dubai International Airport and under the flight path.

Jumeirah/Umm Sequim

Umm Suqeim is located along with the Jumeirah Beach coastline. The Jumeirah is popular with expatriates and is familiar to many tourists visiting Dubai.

JBR

It is known as Jumeirah Beach Residence. Here is easy access to restaurants, shops, and of course the Jumeirah beach. It is waterfront community located in the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina. It is a residential area in Dubai contains 40 towers (35 are residential). JBR is consist of six residential blocks, from east to west they’re; Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf, and Murjan.

Dubai Jumeirah Beach

International City

It is situated in the Al Warsan region, it has country-themed buildings of residences, business, and attractions for tourists. The project contains studio and one-bedroom apartments in 8 millions square meters area. The project is inspired by traditional carpets.
