> A data licensing marketplace and agent-access layer for Arabic and GCC data: datasets with seller-warranted rights for AI labs, metered endpoints for AI agents.

Agents can discover, license, query and sell datasets programmatically.

Payment: prepaid credits per API key. When credits run out the API returns HTTP 402 with price and balance (sandbox implementation of the x402 pattern).
